Spot concealment as it happens.
Wardon watches the CCTV you already have, spots people hiding items, and double-checks every flag before your team is alerted. It tracks movement, never faces.
Free for eligible retail partners. You cover the on-site hardware.

- Item lifted from the shelf
- Hand moved to jacket area and lingered
- Hand returned without the item

Shape the product
Your staff's confirm and dismiss taps train the scoring model on your own stores, cameras and customers.
Your data stays yours
Your video stream isn't sent to the cloud. Flagged clips are used to improve the model only with your explicit consent.
Improve together
Every retrained model is rolled out to all partner stores at once, so no partner is left behind.
How Wardon works, in four short steps.
Your cameras, a quick automatic check, a second look, and your team makes the final call.
Watches your existing cameras
Wardon connects to the CCTV you already have and follows how people's bodies move, on a computer in your store. It doesn't look at faces.
Spots suspicious movement
When someone's hands move like they're hiding an item, Wardon marks that moment and saves a short clip.
Takes a second look
The clip is reviewed by an AI model: software that can watch footage and describe what's happening. Is someone hiding an item, or is it a false alarm?
Your team decides
If it still looks like concealment, your staff get an alert on the dashboard or their phone. They watch the clip and tap Confirm or False Alarm.
We watch what hands do, not who people are.
Behaviour detection doesn't rely on facial recognition, which raises its own privacy, consent and regulatory questions. It also makes practical sense: anyone can shoplift, and a familiar face isn't evidence of concealment.
No facial recognition
Wardon doesn't identify people. It reads body movement, not faces.
No identity data
Only joint positions are tracked. There are no names, profiles or watchlists.
Processing stays on-site
Detection and scoring run on a machine in your store. The full video stream stays on-site.
Only flagged moments are reviewed
A short clip leaves the store only when something looks suspicious.
Your footage stays yours
Clips are used to improve the model only with your explicit consent.
People stay in charge
Wardon flags. Your staff decide. Wardon takes no automated action against customers.
Every tap teaches it your cameras, lighting and customers.
Every store looks different. Each time your team confirms a theft or dismisses a false alarm, Wardon learns from the movement signals behind that alert, not from raw video.
Start
Launch with tuned detection rules and no training data required. Staff label alerts from day one.
Retrain
Once enough labels are in, a scoring model is trained on your stores' alerts, aiming to cut false alarms while keeping real catches.
Keep improving
The model keeps retraining as labels build up, and improvements roll out to every pilot store together.

Common questions
Will it replace my security staff?
No. Wardon watches every camera all day and flags the few moments worth a look, so your team can focus on those instead of rewinding hours of tape. Staff stay the decision-makers.
What if Wardon gets it wrong?
The second review is a double-check, not the final word. Every alert goes to your staff, who watch the clip and decide. Their decision feeds back into the system.
Do I need new cameras?
No. Wardon connects to your existing CCTV. Most modern recorders already support RTSP, and older setups can usually be bridged with your IT team.
Is it free?
